CS & Associates was formed in 1989 by William E. Cruse and Timothy L. Mayer to offer diversified services in Construction Management, Estimating, Scheduling, Budgeting, Value Engineering, Inspection/Quality Control and Commercial General Contracting. These services can be tailored to fit the particular needs of the owner and construction project. CS & Associates holds a license from the State of Louisiana in Building Construction and Demolition Work. CS & Associates also holds a State of Mississippi license in Building Construction.
