CS & Associates was formed in 1989 by William E. Cruse and Timothy L. Mayer.  Proud to call New Orleans home, we are located at 7136 Washington Avenue, New Orleans, Louisiana. We are a local company employing a diversity of local residents that include Orleans, Jefferson, St. Charles and St. Tammany Parishes.

 

CS & Associates offers a full line of custom Project Management and General Contracting services with exposure in both the private and public sectors.  The partners of CS & Associates have a combined total of over sixty (60) years of direct experience in design review, construction and management of all types of construction projects.  Our company currently holds active general contracting licenses in the State of Louisiana (No. 26500) and Mississippi (No. 14470-MC).  We believe that our extensive knowledge and proficiencies as both a Construction Manager and a General Contractor offers an owner a company with expertise in managing the delivery of projects of various sizes and complexity.  Our continued affiliation in the local construction industry enables us to maintain an understanding of current market conditions that is an invaluable tool for cost estimating and analysis, problem solving and conflict resolution.

 

CS & Associates understands the unique and complex nature of construction projects that are “controlled” by agencies charged with the implementation of established rules, regulations and guidelines.  As an integral member of the Project Team, CS & Associates accepts the challenge to provide construction administration and management services to deliver all projects in the most expeditious and economical manner.  Taking advantage of our proven history of sound construction management, CS & Associates will combine proven management techniques with required protocols to establish an effective and “common sense” management approach.  As with any successful management approach, CS & Associates will be responsible for working collaboratively with members of the project team to provide an open and proactive line of communication. Team members will be provided with facts and information that can be discussed and used to develop and make informed decisions.  From the Pre-construction Phase through the Post-construction Phase, it is our goal to maximize the management of information, cost and time to their fullest potential.
